The less fat content the cleaner the meat?

It's less about CAFO meat having bad things in it, it's more about CAFO meat missing things that grass-fed meat has. Things like CLA, omega-3s, etc... It's about the animals' well-being more than anything, in my opinion (technically, that does not preclude grain-feeding either.) |

Just add grass fed butter. I refuse to spend my $ vote on CAFO meat...but if you must, go lean and add GF butter. |
