I ran across this article on the evils of gluten and thought it was well written. Has anyone else seen it and have any thoughts?

Excellent find - basically a succint summary of everything I've learned about gluten, although I believe they left out the seasonal allergy connection. Posted it to my FB page. Now I can refer people to it when they say "but you're not skinny and wasted-looking" or "My doctor gave me the blood test 10 years ago and it was negative, but I've still had IBS and migraines the whole time." And the classic "but I don't spend all day on the toilet!"

Hopefully they'll do what I did: read the list of weird symptoms and say "that sounds familiar."

Isn't it amazing how many little things you just write of or put down to various things but when you see all of them in a list it hits home. Even better is when you eliminate gluten completely how much better you feel. You have been making yourself feel "ordinary" for so long and now you're "living"!! – Alan Dec 31 2010 at 7:02

I haven't seen it before, but thanks for sharing! There's also a great article linked in there about decreasing breast cancer risk.
