I don't have the recipe for the specific smoothie you are seeking, but I do make a pretty good coconut smoothie base fairly regularly. It's not the most paleo thing around, but it doesn't seem to upset my system at all. I use one small banana, half a can of coconut milk (full fat, of course), a good-sized hunk of avocado, nuts or nut butter, vanilla extract, and silken tofu for protein (not paleo and totally optional). To this base I'll add flavorings as desired. Berries work well, as does cocoa powder. Pumpkin and a touch of maple syrup with pumpkin pie spice make a great fall treat. A higher sugar option is pineapple, which tastes great with the banana and coconut. Add a little coffee and cocoa powder and you've got a mocha-flavored milkshake on your hands. I could go on, but you get the idea. I make a very satisfying breakfast out of this 1-2 times a week. It usually keeps me full for about 6 hours. Enjoy! |

Free the Animal has a nice recipe here that looks good and fulfills most of your requirements (whey protein powder instead of heavy cream). Nikoley has good info in here about MCT's and also the nutritional breakdown for the smoothie. BTW, he has terrific food porn on his site. |
