Especially food wise (as it helped me) but other tips work too. I wash my body (and hair with organic shampoo) once a week but now, I want my body/hair washing to extend to once a month if possible because it's winter and I hate the cold wetness after coming out of the stall. Plus it sounds like a challenge. I don't exercise. I don't use any deodorant but I wash my feet and my john more than once a week. I am pretty sure I don't smell because people still come near me and when I asked a few close friends if I smell, they said no. I believe what has helped me most, along with the weston price diet, are vitamin supplements, a lot of raw fish, and brushing my scalp a lot. I am not sure if this qualifies as oil cleansing but I slather on shea butter on my skin a lot, and they all absorb so it's not like I brush it off or anything. I do dry brush, but very rarely.
I know that many of you don't even use soap, only shower once a month, or not at all. Paleo diet and the elimination of grains may get you through, but do you think there may be particular methods or foods that helped you even further?
