Does anyone who eats rice make it with bone broth? Do you think the minerals get infused into the rice completely? There's no liquid left in the pan when the rice is done.

Thanks.

Yes, and I would think so. Actually I make a sort of pilaf: brown a little onion and a few pine nuts in butter, then saute the rice for a few minutes, then add the broth and cook as usual.

I think this is a great idea. If I am making rice and want to boil veggies too then I boil the veggies first and use the same water to make rice. I have always done this under the idea that some of the nutrients that leak out will be absorbed by the rice.

This is fantastic if you don't have some broth handy. – j3wcy Nov 27 at 18:09

I will do this if I make rice, as well as add in some Great Lakes gelatin if I have it handy/remember.
