Well is it paleo according to how our ancestors ate, I would say yes pretty much, except that they didn't have access to a full range of fruits and berries year round like we do. More likely they ate fruit only when in season, though note in some areas there is some kind of fruit almost always in season.
Is it the ideal diet, I am not sure. I personally don't do well with lots of fruit, it doesn't digest well in large amounts, however I don't get the energy peaks and valleys from most fruit the same as I do from wheat and sugar. If I had to eat a lot of something besides meat/fish/eggs it would probably be vegetables or dairy.
Fructose gets demonized in many paleo circles because for a lot of people it causes issues, halts weight loss, gives insulin spikes, etc. particularly if they're eating processed fruit foods or juices, which have way more fructose than real fruit.
Ultimately I'd worry more if the diet is working for you than if it follows some recipe or guidance.
