Hello to all my Paleo brethren,
I am looking for some advice. I have been eating Paleo for a couple of months now and whilst I am not super strict I am seeing results and loving it. Paleo was first a diet, now a hobby and starting to become a way of life.
I have thee same thing every morning;
2 rashers of grass fed thick cut un smoked bacon 2 poached free range eggs organic broccoli (handful)
Black coffee with 1 sugar if I am tired. Usually a pint of water.
I have been slowly dry frying my bacon. Recently moved to coconut oil and it tastes great. How much oil should I use?
Is there something wrong with my breakfast? I am usually hungry 2 hours after?
