Today I ate way more than I should have. I know it was triggered by undereating the past 3 days - I had such a low appetite that I didn't eat at all for two days, and then I tried to eat on the third day but only managed 1 hardboiled egg and a few small spoonfuls of a nice vegetable soup I made. Sooo today that caught up with me... for my first meal I had a big salad with olive oil and a sirloin steak just under 11 oz., then later some macadamia nuts and another salad but this time I put loooots of seeds (sesame/pumpkin/sunflower) and some cashews on it, then later 1/4th of my mom's steak, then shortly after 5 scrambled eggs and half a can of salmon. Then later I had about 7 slices of potato which my mom had with her steak (they were leftovers), THEN that got me craving carbs (potatoes for me are the devil. THE DEVIL.) so I had I guess 2 bananas worth of frozen banana slices, a small bit of pineapple juice and an orange. The first meal I had at around 1 PM and I just finished the orange around 6 AM (I have a horrible sleep schedule now because I couldn't sleep on those low appetite days).
Well, I am really trying to lose weight and am concerned that I overate like this. I had been eating very well, low calorie, and no fruits or starches or even nuts. Especially fruits, because before that my diet was almost exclusively fruit and grains but like 75% fruit, and I was a bit addicted so I wanted to come off them completely at least for a few months. I was feeling so good before this happened. How can I recover from this? How should I eat and work out these next few days? Thanks. :)
