I keep screwing up hormone names. Like leptin, ghrelin, pepsin, etc. Is there a combined chart of important hormones and what they do in your body in very simple explanations (for the dummies version)?

I would like to learn more about hormones but I mix them up all the time.

I have these:

http://www.amazon.com/The-Endocrine-System-at-Glance/dp/1444332155/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1356019181&sr=8-3&keywords=metabolism+at+a+glance

They are more like adjuncts to text books, but they may be up your alley for some general info.

Oh, and if you actually google "hormones for dummies" you get this:

Thank you very much!!! I wish there was a table or something... – VB Dec 20 at 19:10
Those at a glance things are actually rather large and full of flow charts that let you visualize the pathways very well. – JayJay Dec 20 at 20:24
