I'm a newbie to Paleo from London, UK.
Here's an average daily meal plan. Please tell me if I am doing this right for health and weight loss and how long it usually takes o start seeing results. Thanks so so much I do appreciate any feedback and the more honest the better. Want to do this RIGHT
Breakfast : Half an organic banana with a teaspoon of almond butter (Biona brand) One poached, free range egg, handful of organic spinach and two pieces of free range bacon, most of the fat removed. Cup of tea with goat's milk
Snack : Organic clementine with four almonds or beef jerky from organic farm, no added stuff
Lunch : Crayfish and avacado salad with no dressing or lemon juice or poached chicken with red cabbage wrapped in seaweed nori
Snack : Vita Coco, plain flavour or Carrot juice, (100% pure carrot)
Dinner : Grass-fed steak or pork chop cooked in avocado or hemp seed oil, with salt and pepper, brocolli and or bell peppers
Pudding (sometimes) : Pure coconut yoghurt from these guys http://coyo.co.uk/ (By the way, if this is a paleo food, it is AMAZING)
