Does anyone do any make ahead freezer meals that are paleo? I'd like to make several meals that just need to be heated or put in the crock pot. We have a new baby so just looking for a little time saving ideas.

I eat soup for breakfast. I make a strong batch of chicken or beef stock in the crockpot friday-saturday-sunday
I freeze tiny meatballs (made using a measuring teaspoon). It's half ground beef, half chicken liver, spices like salt, pepper, lots of ground coriander, fresh chopped parsley, fresh chopped garlic, lots of chlili paste.
I bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then freeze in a mason jar.
I keep chopped kale and onions in the fridge in a mason jar (chopped in a food processor)
When I want my breakfast soup, I bring stock to a boil, season with a pinch of ginger and a drop ofsoy sauce, add frozen mmeatballs and chopped vegetables, cover and turn off the burner.
I have different recipes all prepared the same easy way, for example, marinated chuck beef slices and pre- sliced vegetables in the fridge (shallots, mushrooms, green onion, carrot). Or shredded chicken (and/or shrimp), coconut milk (to boil with the stock), and the chopped green onions. Even chicken "no noodle" soup works.
Fermented vegetables are a traditional make ahead staple. Once they ferment for about 3 days, you can leave them in the fridge for a loooooong time. Scoop out as much as you need...that's about all there is to it.
How about, when you have some free time, making a large batch of different marinades, and putting enough meat for each meal in a zip lock? Yes, frozen! Just take them out to the counter the day before you need them.

I cook all my meat at the beginning or end of the week so that it can be microwaved. Don't have enough time to just be cooking it all the time, so I do it all at once as fast as I can. Works pretty well I must say.
Same here, I cook all day Sunday (usually two crock pots going) and have the oven going (although I don't freeze, I just refrigerate and portion as the week progresses) as I pack lunch and don't usually have time to cook a quality meal for my family. I usually do one white meat and one red meat in the crock pots using various recipes online. I bake several sweet potatoes, do one batch of Nom Nom Paleo's braised cabbage, one pot of Melissa Joulwan's Chocolate Chili (from Well Fed), and paired with plenty of fresh veggies chopped up and salad, I make it through the week fine.
