I knew to Paleo and was just wondering if anyone knows where I can find a 2 week meal plan and grocery list for someone who is new to paleo, does not have a lot of cooking skills and is look to lose body fat.

If you're trying to lose weight, best avoid anything that causes intestinal discomfort AND sweeteners! Really try to minimize use of fruit, honey, 100% maple syrup, etc. though I haven't heard of people gaining weight while using them. Fructose WILL go straight to body fat in its raw form, though it is better assimilated through in its natural form so these natural forms (fruit, honey, 100% maple syrup) may have no effect on your weight loss. I would still minimize consumption.
If you need a full plan (actually 8 weeks) complete with recipes, you might want to try the Paleo Recipe Book. It costs a lot of discipline, but if you stick to the complete plan, you'll experience some new things in your life (Now on 7th week :))
