I guess those two seem like separate questions, but my mother has been nagging me to not eat too many nutrient dense foods in the same meal because she believes that the body can't properly absorb it all at once and so it becomes a waste!
Also, in regards to water, I have heard that drinking too much water can dilute stomach acid, but can it also flush the minerals/vitamins out of our system faster before we've had a chance to absorb all of it?
