I've greatly reduced my coffee intake down to 2 strict cups in the morning. The rest of the day I drink decaf peppermint tea. At first I drank it to get away from the coffee habit but now I enjoy it. I have about 3 cups a day. Any down side? Seems to be plenty of benefits listed when I search Dr. Google but can't seem to find anything relative to peppermint tea and paleo and there being any downside.
I found an article that says its goood for immune system, soothing to the stomach and decreases stress levels
