I ran across the Whole9 Healthy/F-Off Scale again today and thought I'd ask fellow PaleoHackers to post their healthy/f-off scales.
The scale is designed to measure foods along the y-axis for healthiness, and "the degree to which you will tell people to 'F-Off' when deciding whether or not to eat these foods" along the x-axis. Foods that we all agree are healthy are in the upper left quadrant; foods that are neither great nor terrible for us and that we will sometimes eat with an "f-off" to others are in the middle; foods that we know should be eliminated from our diets completely because they are nowhere near healthy but that we deem necessary in order to enjoy life, are "f-off" foods.
