I had a half pound hanger steak, cubed sauteed in coconut oil and raw pasutre butter, onion, portabello; 3 eggs cooked in rendered duck fat; 10 shrimp sauteed in the left over beef grease and added raw maca powder an red wine, long and slow to made a reduction, all over steamed spinach and red chard; 2 glasses pinot noir.
Needless to say I spoiled myself. Thought you could all appreciate. Anyone else have an awesome meal to share?
