Since I've gone paleo about a month ago, I'm searching for alternative healthy drinks. My current favourites are Kefir and natural mineral water. Mineral water is highly available in my country (and you cannot find carbonated water anywhere).
The magnesium/calcium and bicarbonate levels look good as far as I understand; but I am worried about the sodium levels. Here is a breakdown; what do you think? Should I continue to drink this water every day?
