Just kidding...I'm wondering how many Paleo folks there are in the Midwest period. It seems like all the seminars and events are on the Coasts. Where's the Midwestern Paleo love?!?!

I'm a Chiropractor in Eden Prairie and my family has been living paleo ever since my 6 year old boy stopped breast feeding. He doesn't get dairy or grains. I speak specifically on this topic and have become an expert in it. My clients have seen miraculous changes with it and I couldn't endorse it enough. You are right...there is a serious gap right now in the Midwest for this info. I will be starting an information group this summer about paleo lifestyle and nutrition.

I'm near the twin cities and absolutely love Fogo de Chao. Unfortunately it's rather spendy and the hubby and I are trying to be frugal. :-p

hey Id be interested in meeting up. Have been doing a paleo diet for about 2 months. I've had a few small slips but really feel like this is the way to go. Being apart of a group that believes in the same thing would be great.

What are MN Paleo's thoughts on Von Hanson's? I usually get a person much younger than I working the counter, and they don't have answers to questions about grass-fed beef, pastured eggs, etc.

I have a ton of gift certificates to them, and they do have wonderful filets and other cuts of steak there. Or am I missing the boat entirely with this place? (Please say no).

	I absolutely love Von Hanson's, but if you want to speak with someone who is worth their salt- go to the flagship store in Apple Valley! The other, newer locations tend to staff youngsters. As for grass-fed beef, the last time I inquired (around 2 months ago) they said they had "something in the works". Please go and ask them! They won't start carrying it unless we ASK FOR IT! Btw I am a male with a home in Eagan, MN. I have been Paleo (with full fat dairy) for 9 months now. Would love to meet-up with other Paleo folks in the Twin Cities, maybe some disc golf or a picnic? – pALEOpRIDE Apr 1 at 15:45
