I am VERY VERY new to this whole Paleo idea. I guess you can say I am easing my way into it. I had stopped eating red meat way over 10 years ago -- but just added grass fed meat back into my diet. I guess i have a few questions:
1) Since I will be eating diary -- mostly raw cheese, cream and of course butter/ghee. I guess I wd be considered Lacto-Paleo?? Are there any good books or blogs you cd reccomend-- I already have been on PANU & Mark's Daily Apple.
2) I have actually gained weight so far -- it has been about 2 weeks-- but some previous stomach issues have cleared up. What am I doing wrong? Or do i just have to wait and let my body re-adjust to this new life style?
3) I exercise a lot-- just because I enjoy it so much -- prob 2 to 3 hours a day or different activites-- am I doing too much?
4) I am sure I will have lots more questions -- so bear with my ignorance.
