If you had unlimited funds and unfettered access to the finest quality Paleo ingredients from the choicest of farms and suppliers, what would your daily or weekly menu look like? What would you eat for breakfast (if you're not IFing), lunch and dinner?
A daily menu is interesting, but to get the full range of delicious choices in and a full variety of vitamins/minerals I think a weekly menu would be most useful. Make it ortho/lacto/LC/ZC, whatever your personal style is.
I'm trying to nail my own eating habits down - they're a bit sporadic right now - so I'm coming to you guys for inspiration!
