I think Robb Wolf's podcasts are fantastic:

http://robbwolf.com/category/podcasts/

as are Jimmy Moore's:

Any others out there?

For anyone who hasn't discovered Jimmy Moore yet, his interviews with Robb Wolf, Gary Taubes, and Kurt Harris in particular were excellent. – Plain Jane Paleo Feb 22 2011 at 13:23
Hard to take Jimmy Moore seriously when he endorses pseudo-science like "Earthing". – Satchmo Oct 25 2011 at 15:44
Part of the reason that I like Robb Wolf is that he swears so much. Nothing is more Paleo than swearing a lot. – borofergie May 25 2012 at 6:01
I don't care if you call it pseudo-science @LikesLardinMayo I like barefoot walking and I don't see a problem with it. I don't even do it to be grounded or anything like that, I just can't afford Vibrams right now and I have a wonderfull park nearby that has awsome single track bare earth trails. I think there is a benefit to hiking barefoot, a natural reflexology session for free if you like. My two cents anyway – missionman May 25 2012 at 15:31

I listen to the podcasts you mentioned, but i do like this one too at http://www.primalbody-primalmind.com/ Nora Gedgaudas. She has been interviewed on Jimmy Moore's program.

I think her book is great. – Patrik Feb 14 2010 at 20:48
I used to listen to Nora's podcasts about a year ago. I stopped because although the first half had good info about nutrition, the second half always talked about Neurofeedback. She always talked about how she uses neurofoodback with her patients but never seemed to explain what exactly it is. Maybe i'm just an idiot, which is fine. Maybe the podcasts have changed not sure. i also own and enjoy her book. – Daninidaho Feb 22 2011 at 18:55

I don't listen to this, and the site is down just now, but another new podcast is 'This Week in Paleo' http://www.thisweekinpaleo.com/

Also, Dan Benjamin, the creator of 5by5 Studios, home to many podcasts I love (The Talk Show, The Big Web Show, The Pipeline, etc) is a follower of the paleo diet. Listen to the first few minutes of the Talk Show #23 (http://5by5.tv/talkshow/23).

I like that one a lot. The host is a "normal guy" offering his thoughts. – Carl_Stawicki Oct 23 2010 at 16:58
Just started listening because of this post. Fantastic podcast. – Dale Oct 26 2010 at 17:44
Heya Dale & Carl, thanks for the kind words about the podcast! – Angelo - Latest in Paleo Oct 27 2010 at 20:57
I enjoy Latest in Paleo as well. well done Angelo. – Stephen-Aegis Mar 10 2011 at 0:11

I just listened to the Healthy Skeptic podcasts and found them extremely informative. I'm really glad it's started up again. – Plain Jane Paleo Feb 22 2011 at 13:08
I think here Stephan REALLY shined. – Ikco Feb 22 2011 at 14:01

FYI, "Latest in Paleo" is the new name for what used to be "This Week in Paleo". It is extremely well done and a pleasure to listen to. It also features a "Blog of the Week", highlighting another paleo blog every week.

I would also add the Underground Wellness podcast...not sure if he's entirely paleo/primal but there's loads of good info in the first few of his podcasts I've listened to so far.

i think underground is unfortunately kind of all over the place. dont get me wrong: i enjoy listening to it and i think its very well done. But i dont follow their advice, etc. I take it all with a grain a salt. Metabolic typing, protandim etc. I do indeed like the hosts approach, though: very young, very fun, open minded, and in sync with the times i feel. – ben61820 Jan 7 2011 at 16:36

Carl Lanore's Superhuman Radio is FANTASTIC.

He's interviewed Cordain and Wolf more than once. He's also addressed a ton of issues across the spectrum: raw milk, FDA raids on family farms, autism treatment with diet, GMOs, fasting, effective training protocols, and on and on. He interviewed Sally Fallon on vitamin A and it was AWESOME. He had Mark Rippetoe (Starting Strength) on yesterday.

His big things are bodybuilding, health, and longevity, but his podcast covers the gamut. He interviews some seriously heavy hitting experts on supplements, the whacked-out modern food supply, Paleo eating, lifting, hormones, low-carb, etc.

He's really no B.S. at all. Tells it like it is. He seems to eat Paleo/WAPF (does lots of raw milk, supports local farmers), and even though his podcast sometimes gets into things I have no interest in, overall, he's definitely "one of us."

You can find it on iTunes. The website is very crazy (LOADED with ads and banners and colors), but they're redoing it b/c they know it's nuts and probably turns a lot of people off. Don't let it stop you from missing what is usually awesome info. You can just stick with iTunes instead. (Warning, though, there are commercials. But you can just Ffwd through 'em.)
http://www.superhumanradio.com/

If you have a long commute, look through the archives and download a bunch. It's a gold mine of nutrition, health, and physique info.

Just took a look at the website. OMG, talk about overstimulation! I think I would get a headache if I spent more than a minute on there! – Annika May 25 2012 at 14:54

I know...I was hesitant to even post the link, b/c you don't need it. You can just get the podcast from iTunes. Seriously - the podcast is GREAT...just an embarrassing website. ;-) – Amy B. May 25 2012 at 15:59

I am so excited...I submitted my question to Robb to answer on his podcast and I just listened to his response tonight! I feel very fortunate that people like Robb and Mark S. make themselves accessible to their readers. I think there may come a time where they become too busy so I want to thank them publicly for what they do.

how long did it take from the time you submitted it? – patrick3000 Oct 23 2010 at 7:21
It didn't take more than 2 weeks...I wasn't sure when it was going to be broadcast (they do not notify you or anything), but it was rather cool to hear Robb addressing me and my concerns. – PrimalStyle Oct 23 2010 at 16:45
nice. i'll be submitting a question soon regarding paleo diet and cancer, which I don't think they've covered. – patrick3000 Oct 24 2010 at 0:38
super Patrick...Robb and Andy (I think his name is) are so fun in the podcasts, very lighthearted yet informative. – PrimalStyle Oct 26 2010 at 19:53
Same thing happened to me a while ago-- I felt like a rock star! – David Leitner Feb 22 2011 at 14:19

i like "byron richards weekly wellness update" a lot: http://www.wellnessresources.com/podcast/ he's not officially paleo, but he's incredibly knowledgeable and has a great cynical humor (he's bashing big pharma and the FDA all the time heh). he also answers health concerns and questions of his listeners in each podcast. strongly recommended!

I just started listening to Upgraded Self Radio (I think it used to be called Superhero Radio.) They are the guys promoting the Bulletproof Coffee. A lot of the same info you get from Robb Wolf or Chris Kresser but simpler explanations. I learned some good stuff today. A lot of interviews with some of the big names in Paleo.

Jimmy Moore just went on David Duke's radio show. :(

Jimmy has just put the nails in his own coffin. I have no clue how anyone can defend him for that. – Higgs Dec 28 at 2:31
