I usually eat fatty cuts of lamb for most meals, but have been mixing it up with pork chops or chicken thighs occasionally, but I'm finding myself really preferring the lamb. Is there any reason at all to eat different types of meat if you are content with ruminant meat for every meal?

Chicken and pork have L-Cysteine, a non-essential amino acid that has been attributed to the healing properties of chicken soup. It's an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. Plus, chicken and pork are tasty. |

I don't think so. I believe red meat is the ideal meat, and both pork and chicken should be eaten sparingly. The only thing missing from your diet, I believe, would be variety, but who cares lamb is extremely good and I never get tired of it, expensive though. |
