Good news and bad news with Chipotle. Good news is yes, they care about quality meats. From wikipedia:
Bad news: they add soy to all of their meats. Take it as you will, but a little bit of soy is a pretty good trade-off in my opinion given the rest of the fast food options. Chipotle and In-N-Out Burger or my go-to fast food options when grabbing lunch with friends. |

Want to avoid soybean oil at Chipotle? Order a burrito bowl with:

Even if they weren't, it still can be "paleo." I mean if we are going to be totally literal about paleo we'd have to use aurochs... I usually get a salad + steak + more steak (sometimes they forget to charge me) + hot sauce +guac |

It is mostly Paleo, but...I get bloaty after eating Chipotle...even after Paleoizing/Primalizing my bowl (steak, fajita veggies, guac, and greens, maybe red tomato salsa.) Sodium bomb, or soybean oil fail? |

I switched to the carnitas from the barbacoa since learning that the carnitas are the only meat they serve that isn't cooked in soybean oil. Yuck! But, the more down the paleo road I've gone, the more the food upsets my stomach, so I don't go much anymore. |
