First I will give you some background information. I now have been 6 months on and off the paleo wagon. For the last 40 days I have been strict paleo and I have no intentions to go back to my old ways of eating. Also I follow the CrossFit.com mainpage with a 3 on/1 off schedule. I have lost some weight and have become much leaner by eating paleo(around 10-12%). I still got a little bit of fat around my belly but nothing to worry about.
My question is pretty simple. If I go for a paleo cheat, wich option will do the most damage and why:
- A 750ml Innocent Banana, Pineapple and Coconut milk Smoothie (13,6g of carbs per 100ml)
- 300 grams of organic Almond Butter with one piece of fruit
Sometimes in the weekend I like to take some sort of paleo cheat but I would like to know wich one will do the most damage. Also, what are other, mabye beter, paleo cheats that won't be so bad for me.
