Lately i've been craving sugar like crazy and instead of going for crap foods i decided to get me some honey (the regular stuff you find at supermarkets). The problem is, once i start eating it, it's as if someone is forcing me to eat it, i simply CAN.NOT.STOP!
Now, recently i got hold of some organic raw honey and curiously i can't binge on it. I eat a teaspoon and that's about it.
Does this have to do with the fact that it's raw, or could i just coincidently be going through a no-carb-craving phase?
