So I generally follow a 16hr fast with 8hr feed window and have been trying to do all my workouts fasted. I've been very happy with the results. With that said, I have noticed a few things and was wondering if anyone else has noticed similar changes.
If I have a meal anytime remotely (1-4hrs) BEFORE a workout now, it suffers. I feel more sluggish.
I also feel like I am way more tired after I eat now in general, like Thnaksgiving feast food-coma style. It doesn't seem to be specific to types of food, or meal size either.
Anyone have a similar experience? know why this could be?
