Tonight I was starving and picked up some food from Yardhouse. I was really feeling like a good burger and they had a whole wheat and a potato bun. I picked the potato bun, obviously. Is this still paleo? Has anyone ever had a potato bun before? What are your experiences? Thank you :-)

You should ask yourself it it's healthy/optimal/not "poison" (or whatever might be your purpose with food) and not if it's Paleo. It's not a religion people :)

Since (thanks patrick) the product contains "sugar white flour and bread flour" I would not eat it nor I would say it's healthy.

My version: Store-bought frozen potato "latkes" / potato patties (found organic!). Self-made pork patty, additive-free ham, couple of small slices of raw cheddar, 1/2 poached organic egg each and some organic harissa&mustard! Latkes were a little mushy, should have had more patience when baking them, or maybe should have fried them on a pan. Delicious nonetheless.

No grains are not advocated on paleo. Paleo diet is a lifestyle not a diet; it's ok from time to time to have your favourite treats, just not all the time.
