Trying to convince my father who has cancer that the paleo diet is the way to eat. Can anyone suggest a concise article that outlines the principles and benefits?

Too bad about your father. This is a bit longer but pretty good. http://whole9life.com/2010/05/whole-30-v2/ I think most 'intro' articles will focus on what and how. I don't think too many will make the claim that a paleo diet can cure cancer, although there are probably some other articles (like the ones on free the animal) say the typical grain/starch/sugar diet feeds cancer. So maybe you need a two pronged approach, first a few articles that establish the reason for going paleo, then 1-2 of these that say how to do it. |
