Quick question - is anyone else going to this? http://ancestryfoundation.org/ Just saw the agenda and speakers on Richard Nikoley's latest "Free the Animal" post and had to book there and then! I've never even been to America before...

I'm going too. I'm from Spain, so I will take the opportunity to travel around California during august. I hope I'll have not many problems trying to keep my diet as "paleo" as possible during my road-trip... (Advices on paleo-friendly restaurants in California are welcome :-))

I'm still reasonably new to Paleo (2 months in and lovin' it!), so I don't know all the best restaurants, but in a pinch I've gone to Chipotle- it's a common chain restaurant in California. You choose your own ingredients along an "assembly line" of food. I usually get a bowl with fajita veggies, double meat (steak and chicken) topped with guacamole and a side of tomato salsa. Pretty filling and yummy. Their meats are never fed antibiotics or hormones and they try to get in organic veggies as available- so overall a pretty good option when you're out. – HeleneLohr Feb 24 2011 at 20:45

I saw this too, the lineup looks amazing! Hubby and I definitely hope to go, but will depend on work scheduling. It's a short flight down from SFO :)

Where is it exactly? The site doesn't seem to have a specific location other than Los Angeles.
