If you are eating copious amount of pastured dairy - eggs, whole milk, butter/cream - do you think you need to eat fish or take Cod Liver Oil for essential fatty acids? Given the goal (as per Panu, Whole Health Source) to keep total PUFA under 4%, I trying to avoid fish or fish supplements.
As Dr Harris has recently written, it might be better to reduce PUFA consumption to get O3-O6 ratios correct rather than increase O3 intake.
Plus I HATE fish :-)
