This (http://www.paleonu.com/panu-weblog/2011/1/29/there-is-no-such-thing-as-a-macronutrient-part-i-fats.html) is a fantastic post over at paleonu.com about fats. Well worth the read. The subject is quite complex so I think it is best coming from somebody like Kurt.

If you're inclined to read a book on the subject, I'll add to Jason's excellent recommendation by mentioning Mary Enig, PhD's Know Your Fats.
