	Addendum: I'm guessing you're fairly young (compared to me). My daughter is gluten-free, semi-paleo, loves her fivefingers (on her third pair)and likes to run/workout. She's 22 and lives about 20 minutes south of York - going to grad school in the fall. She's on facebook - Caroline Lees. Check out a CrossFit. I go to CF York. They are also in Hbg, Lancaster, and Hanover.
