I read with interest a recent question regarding use of Omega-7s (which I had never heard of!). I have had continuing itchy skin problems even with a strict gluten-free, soy-free, paleo-type diet. Decided to eliminate the fish oil and cod liver oil. Lo and behold, itchiness has disappeared.
Has anyone else had negative symptoms that they can trace to Omega-3 supplements?
With the money I will save on fish oil, I can buy a second home.
