Yes, I do! Because I think the fundamental science, which provides, that eight eggs and tons of bacon for breakfast are healty, is still to weak.
Some people here seem to think, that those studies that detected the FAT LIE, are a legitimate reason to binge on fat excessively.
BUT, who knows what science will bring in the next 10 years? Perhaps completely new biochemical pathway will be discovered, or underlying processes, that show that SatFat/Cholesterol is not that good as formerly (now paleo) thought.
So, I still have my concerns about to much eggs and bacon. For me there seems to be at the moment enough scientific evidence, that SatFat and Cholesterol may be not that bad, possibly very healty. So I eat it in moderation.
You never know what the next "truth" will be, so dont excess, do the moderate path of the middle! So there is not too much to regret in some years;-)
Perhaps only 4 eggs a week, half of that bacon, some more veggies etc.
