I understand that lysine and leucine can help bring on ketosis while sparing muscle tissue. Can anyone tell me more about that? How much to take, when, best way to eat/drink/ingest, whether this is only a body-builder type thing? Anything else I might need to know?
I'm pre-diabetic and despite staying quite tight on diet (will be making that extremely tight control), I'm still hitting higher BG numbers than I want.
