Last time I went to the beach, we stopped by the grocery store to grab lunch and I ended up with breaded fried chicken. I'm planning a trip for this weekend and I don't want to repeat that lunch.
I'm planning to bring some fruit and veggies, but I am trying to think of something more substantial to chow down on after swimming in the ocean as I'm always hungry when I get back to my towel.
What is a good, paleo-friendly, finger-food lunch that can be eaten on the beach? Wind and sand (and seagulls) are factors to take into consideration...anything too light WILL fly away and sand is guaranteed to be an ingredient. 8)
Thanks!
