Wondering if anyone who has problems eating chicken eggs has tried eggs from other birds (or even reptiles.. I had turtle eggs once!)
Anyone have any positive results with this?
I have had eggs from multiple bird species - ducks, emus, ostridge, quail and even robin one time. To me its just neat to try something different. I imagine that you would have to consume these in large amounts to notice any real differences and I doubt anyone wants to crack 16 quail eggs everyday. I'll stick with my soy-free pastured eggs :)
I guess as long as they're organic, cage free, etc. it shouldn't be too much of an issue, in my opinion. Still, other varities of eggs are pretty tasty. I wonder if there's a significant difference between the eggs where one would not sit well with someone and another would. Still, would be fun to try all those varities!
