You can join http://www.trackyourplaque.com/ which is an association of medical professionals and nutritionists that specializes in taking on patients remotely. They have you go to a heart scan center in your community and initially get a baseline calcium score heartscan. The scan is sent to them and they start patients on a nutrition and supplement program and monitor the patient. Dr William Davis, author of http://www.heartscanblog.org/ is one of the principals.
With your lipids you presented, you are on your way in the correct direction, but the lipids do not tell you the state of your arteries ie...how much plaque had built up over the years due to your previous neolithic diet.
One thing I don't see is your fasting blood sugar. Many many people have reduced their fasting blood sugar from levels over 200 down to normal 100 or less just by diet alone without any blood sugar meds such as metformin.
Paleo is making a small dent in the mainsteam medical profession as pointed out by Dr K by the article in the WSJ. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704893604576200393522456636.html
Dr K has reported that his associates are now consulting with him about low carb paleolithic diets.
With your paleo eating lifestyle you are well on your way to not being a type II diabetic and consequently you are reversing any potential heart problems that may have built up over the years.
Good job. Keep on point and your retirement years will be the best quality of life possible...free of disease and thus free of the drugs of the medicos.
I love it when our mortality slaps us seasoned citizens up aside the head and we begin to do something about it.
