I used to see a long list of post-titles down the right sight of the blog, but now see only a few recent titles, links to previous months, and the number of posts per month in parentheses.
I don't know why I'm not seeing them. It could be as simple as a change in format that I've missed. I would love to hear that their apparent absence is due merely to a change in format, and that the list of titles/subjects is still there somewhere, or -- is only missing temporarily.
I understand that his later opinions supersede earlier ones, after reading his post about how to read the blog (latest first). And I wondered if a desire to prevent references to older statements out-of-context has any connection with the missing list of post-titles.
Anyway... hoping someone here may know more about the missing titles, and whether the general public can ever expect to see them again.
It has nothing to do with monetization (or "monitizing"). The recent posts feature was set to display 50 and therefore was far too long. Click on each month and the posts for each month are displayed.
And Aaron's tip is a good one, too.
It looks like he's just changed the format of the sidebar, displaying a monthly archive of old posts instead of listing them all. Once a blog has a lot of posts, listing them all makes every page unnecessarily long. They're all still there; just use the search function to find them. (Adding the word 'blog' to your search seems to help the blog posts come up before the discussion forum posts.)
