Overall, they are a good option. The only draw back is the potentially high dose of PUFA's that you may ingest. You make your own sauce, so you can limit the sugar and oils there. They may put a little extra oil on the grill. I have seen it a few times.
With planning, it would be an excellent option.
I question the cleanliness of the meat (frozen lamb, beef and chicken in my neck of the woods). I remember when eating Chinese food was thought to be healthy so I’d make sure no ‘hidden’ sugars get in there. I know eating out is very tough and I would say this beats many other options but I would still load up on Omega3 fish oil after eating here, as well as other fats. An all you can eat Mongolian Bar-be Q (what we call them) needs restraint. You could do worse
I looked at their website. Curiously, they offer "eggs, mandarin oranges, butter" etc. under the rubric of "veggies."
Not bad, I'd guess, but there aren't any in New England. But nice to know there's a semi-paleo option for my x-country trek at at the end of the month!
