Which "traditional Brazilian dishes" (aside from just the skewers of meat) that are paleo friendly? What do you recommend trying?

Moqueca (fish stew) is awesome. There are a number of different variations, all of which are paleo. Sometimes it's served on top of rice, but that's easy enough to omit. |

I'm pretty sure plantains are considered traditional Brazilian fare (they're served at our local Brazilian steakhouse). I made my first green plantains at home the other day - just sliced up the fruit and pan fried it in lard with a bit of salt and pepper. They were divine!! |
