Ok so its a pretty pointless question, but sadly curiosity overpowered me. So basically how old is everyone on here. I'm 17, perhaps on of the youngest or is there anyone my age?

I suppose there might be a few that will want it closed since its not really relevant, so I'll ask at what age did you start paleo or the new evolutionary diet, primal blueprint or whatever you want to call this lifestyle and how long have you been following it?

I am 35 - have been gluten free for a year - grain free for 9 months+ - Paleo since January/Februaryish of this year.

26, haven't actually started yet. I'll be starting me and my kid after the first of the coming month.

I was 29 and obese. Felt 40. Didn't want to be obese at 30. Lost 105lb that year.

Will be 33 this April. Feel 21.

49, experiencing great improvements in attitude/mental disposition. Additional benefit in body becoming harder, better, faster, stronger.

I envy those of you who've discovered the benefits of paleo so early in life!

I'm 43, and have played with paleo over the past year, but have only recently gotten serious about it. I have about 10 more lbs I'd like to lose.

My 10 yo son is on board, and both of us have noticed his much more stable moods, and an end to his "restless leg syndrome" that used to keep him from getting to sleep.

For myself - my emotions and attitude have stabilized, less anxiety, better sleep, no longer feeling bloated, and - most thrilling - NO more gallbladder issues!

I'm 40. Been low-carbing for most of a decade, but was never able to get where I wanted to be. Full-on paleo now for 3 months. Still waiting for all my inflammation crap to subside, but I've lost some weight and feel a little better every day.

40, just started in January, and I feel better than I ever did when I was in my 20's. Loads more energy, far more strength, wish I found this when I was younger.

I'm 64 but slightly immature. :) I am mostly paleo with a bit of straying, like red wine every night and the occasional evil ingredient in my meals.
