specifically, EYE GOOP! you know... "sleepers" that have moved onto your eyeball instead staying in the corner where your tear duct is?
I'm not talking something super disgusting here. I just mean very small (yet annoying) goopy eye sleepers that suddenly make my vision blurry until I fetch it out with my finger.
Here's the weird part... about 90% of the time, it's in my right eye only. Some days I get more, some less. It's not a big deal really, but why would my right eye be producing that so often... probably 3-5 times a day I have to take one out of my right eye. But only about once or twice a week in my left eye (other than upon waking up of course).
Is there some kind of nutrient deficiency that could cause that? or maybe overconsumption of a certain food, like dairy fat or whatever? I know you can't "diagnose me over the internet". Yah. I know. But I'm not really excited about setting up a Doctor appointment for this. Been dealing with it for years.
Dr K. Is it a deficiency in omega 3 fish oil? hehe. (sorry couldn't resist)
