So I saw these at the local alternative supermarket this evening and wondered what opinions here thought of them! Given the added sugar; I won't be getting these again but I thought they were worth a look.
Ingredients list is as follows:
Almonds, dates, organic sulphite-free apricots, honey, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, olive oil, sugar, organic coconut, linseeds.

Red flag for me. Also sugar amount is quite high (which sugars though) so I would pass on this.
As for the "F18d3n3".
α-Linoleic - ALA - lipid number of 18:3(n-3).
