I looking for alternative to using dairy products.
1 - What to put in my coffee? 2 - Yogurt alternatives?
I think dairy is a great fact source, but I start to have sinus pressure if I have almost any casein, which almost always leads into a mild sinus cold. Moreover, I can't get my hands on any on raw/non-pasteurized dairy (with the exception on some raw cheeses), since it is illegal in Canada :(. 35% creme isn't so bad, but I have to have it in very small amounts. Same goes for full-fat (Greek style) yogurt.
Coconut creme is an OK alternatives, but I find it too sweet at times.
Any ideas?
