Let's say you binged or cheated, for whatever the reason ;-), and let's say the binge consisted of all the things you normally avoid: some grains, too many PUFAs, too many carbs and probably some additives and conservants too.
Do you know (or have experience with) a way to recover from this binge, as good and as fast as possible?
Do you
- fast?
- workout brutally, but short?
- eat sticks of pastured butter and drink cod liver oil from the bottle?
- sleep it off?
- call it carb cycling or feasting?
- blame it on somebody else?
- not care at all?
- all of the above?
- do something else?
