Yes it is another Poop question. I am very consistent with my BM's and go everyday after breakfast and on occasion in the afternoon. However, I find that at times when I am rushing and don't have time to go or don't have a complete BM because i am rushing then the rest of my day is very different. I am uncomfortable and bloated and therefore irritable and just not the same. I also tend to "plan" my mornings around my BM schedule, meaning I don't generally go out for breakfast or even skip breakfast in fear that my day will be ruined because of the previously mentioned symptoms. I have always heard that consistent BM's is a good thing.

Anyone else suffer from the mental distraction of your scheduled BM's and how do you deal with the days you are not consistent??

I would see a psychologist or doctor about this issue. – Bread-Eating Beelzebub Apr 5 2011 at 21:17

Is this even a real question? – Jamie Apr 5 2011 at 22:17

Herman, my husband is very much like this especially because he really only likes to poop on his toilet. We've driven home from a 2 hour away destination because he had to poop. Consistent BMs are a good thing, but your life shouldn't revolve around them. You need to learn to poop other places or deal with the rest of the day being off. – sherpamelissa Apr 5 2011 at 22:56

I don't quite understand why this question was closed. It is as legit as others I have seen on here. Herman was only asking whether others experience this anxiety, and as it is very much related to diet and lifestyle, I think it is appropriate for this forum. Herman, I experience the same anxiety often. When I keep my diet locked in, I usually don't have the issues and don't get "off." I have learned to deal with being off better, however, since adopting a paleo diet. – Tom R. Apr 6 2011 at 1:54

As the one who posted the question I was confused as well. I see that it was closed after you had time to post that I needed a psychologist. Just because you do not experience this doesn't mean others do not. – hemanvt Apr 6 2011 at 15:08

You shouldn't feel bloated. Do you eat dairy products?

No. I think I feel bloated because I usually have a large BM and the absence of that causes the bloating. – hemanvt Apr 5 2011 at 21:15
