Ok so this is the middle of week three on paleo eating, and on Monday I started the Whole30, so I've cut out dairy (well.. with the exception of ghee).
Yesterday, I had this overwhelming urge to snack, which I hadn't had since the first week. I've been skipping breakfast and eating lunch around 1-2pm, but yesterday at 4 I really wanted a snack. Wasn't hungry but it was that annoying mind feeling "eat something..." so I had a slice of bacon and a hard boiled egg.
After dinner (lamb chops and asparagus) I was STILL HUNGRY. So I had some berries and coconut milk and an entire avocado in an attempt to just shut the menace down.
Today, I feel the same way, and its only 8am.
I've noticed, also that my weight loss has stalled after losing 8 pounds first week and then 2 last week. :(

Averaging about 60/25/15% fat/prot/carb these 3 weeks, daily about 1800 calories, carbs under 50-75g always, and I sit on my ass all day in a cubicle. Gym once a week for Body Pump.
Suggestions?
EDIT: Does your body crave more calories when you're coming up on "that time"? That may be it, but I don't want to just go hog wild eating stuff, still have 30 pounds to lose, minimum.
