Check out paleoplan.com. For $10/month they send you a shopping list and meal plan for the week. Be careful though, some of the items can be paleo-controversial, so it depends on how comfortable you are with eating those things. All of the recipes on there are free, though. I used it for the first month that I went paleo, just to keep me on track, but since then I've developed a few staple meals that I cook every week.
Also check out everydaypaleo.com. Great yummy recipes and she has a cookbook coming out within a month. From a lot of these blogs, you can find other paleo links... it's endless.
