This is one of my favourite recipes. Easy and delicious. Sorry, I don't measure quantities, but I'll try to give approximate ratios.
In a large bowl, put the following: tsp. cumin, tsp. curry, tsp.paprika, 2/3 tsp. turmeric, a bit of cayenne pepper, or more if you want it spicy, and enough of a healthy oil to form a paste.
Add the wings into the bowl and mix till well coated.
Place the wings on a pan and place at the top of the oven. Grill, don't bake. Turn when they are done on the first side.
Haven't found anyone who doesn't like this, even little kids.
